How do I to create custom Powerbanks?

Choose your power bank model, depending on what design, colour and capacity you want. Head to the Personaliser screen and use the buttons on the right-hand panel to add images and text. You can upload images from your device, choose photos from your Instagram and Facebook feed or even use the QR Reader function to upload a picture. You can move, rotate and resize images and text however you like, as well as change fonts, colour and size. Take a look at our helpful video tutorial if you’re struggling. When you’re satisfied, click Add to Cart and fill out the required information to order your power bank!

What is an mAH?

mAh means milliamp Hour and is a unit that measures (electric) power over time. In general, the more mAh and the longer the battery capacity or battery life. So, the higher the mAH on our Powerbanks, the more charge it will deliver to your phone.

Will my Powerbank last?

Defiantly! We only use A-Grade certified batteries that have a lifetime of at least 300 charging cycles. They are also tested by official institutes for CE and therefore comply with the strict regulations set within the EU and are manufactured according to RoHS regulations.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you realise that you made a mistake, have a question, or you don’t want to order, email [email protected] with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line within two hours of placing your order. We’ll cancel the order and refund you through SagePay as soon as possible.

How long will my Powerbank take to arrive?

The delivery of all-out Powerbanks is Free. That’s correct, there are no additional costs for the delivery of your powerbank, just please allow 3-5 working days for your Powerbank to get to you!

Notebook Styles

There is a wide range of styles to choose from, including A5 and A6 designs:

•  If you are looking for a sleek notebook then we recommend our Holly Notebooks that are available in Black or White.
• Or if you are looking for a colourful notebook, then our Mole is the one for you as it is available in 12 different colours!
• If you want something that stands out from the crowd, then our Holly Edge is perfect. This design comes in Black, but the edges of the pages, pen holder and the closing band is available in a range of colours.

Our Pens

What good is a notebook without a pen? We know that they go together like strawberries and cream, which is why Personalised Notebook also offers a great range of pens that can also be personalised with an image and/or text. Together our collection of pens and notebooks make the perfect combination.

There are two pens to choose from here at Personalised Notebook. The first is our Curvy Pen which is a classic pen that is alliable in several colours. The next is our Stardust Pen which has a soft touch feel, is available in several colours and can be engraved with your message or name.

You have probably noticed that our Personalised Powerbanks website has had a make-over, to make navigating the site and creating your new powerbanks even easier. But, with this update, we have also added a number of new products to our collection.

1. Gift Boxes

As you know, our Personalised Powerbanks make the perfect gift for any occasion. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, graduation or just a thank you present, our powerbanks can be personalised with your own image and message to create a unique gift.

To help you create a truly special gift, we also now offer Gift Boxes for each style of our powerbanks. As with all of our products, our boxes can be personalised with your image and text, whilst the inside features foam which has been cut to perfectly hold the powerbank in place.

2. The Desk-O Wireless Charger

Mobile Phones are getting more and more advanced, and now if you have a phone that is Qi-enabled you don’t even have to plug it in to charge it. As this technology is relatively new, there aren’t a huge range of wireless chargers that are available on the market.

But don’t worry, here at Personalised Powerbank we have introduced the Desk-O, an easy to use wireless charger that can be personalised with your very own design! Simple choose your favrile phone and upload it to our designer, then when you receive you Desk-O, simply place your mobile phone on the stand and wait for the charging notification to appear.

3. Engraved Cuboid Powerbank

Our small but mighty Cuboid Powerbanks are a favourite among our customers. They have an impressive capacity of 2200mAH packed into a 94.5 x 22 x 22mm cuboid. It is also available in an impressive number of colours, allowing you to choose the perfect match.

As our Cuboid Powerbanks are metal, we can now also offer an engraved option as well as a printed one. Allowing you to add text that will be engraved onto this design, creating a premium and professional finish.
